Tips and hints

This is located on the border of Graça Parish, Pedrógão Grande Municipality, in a place known as Ribeira dos Nunes. Here, the Ribeira Nodel, which rises north of Nodeirinho, in a place known as "Nodelinho”, embraces the River Zêzere. This river is the main watercourse running through Graça Parish. Its banks retain a diverse natural heritage of oaks, laurels, arbutus, and many other species characteristic of Mediterranean forests. It is a very ecologically important space because, for example, the Iberian nase come here during spawning season when the moon is full. Otters too found their habitat here, and you can easily find traces of their presence. From here, follow the forest path, with the River Zêzere always be by your side. Along the way you will notice the scents caused by the presence of species such as lavender, rock rose, arbutus, rue, heather and others.
